Abstract: The development of CT tubes is an important and expensive consumable for generating X-ray tube components in medical CT. Its performance directly affects the quality of CT imaging and the operating cost of CT machines. High-heat capacity CT tubes are essential components for high-performance CT, with a capacity of 5 MHU The CT tube is made of metal ceramic, with a working voltage of 140kV. The anode power of the large focus is 48kW. It has two working modes: the large focus is 0.7mm×1.6mm, and the small focus is 0.6mm×1mm. The heat capacity is 5MHU. After testing, the performance indicators meet the requirements. After running on the CT machine, it operates stably and has good imaging quality. The CT tube and X-ray tube assembly has successfully completed the localization of high-performance CT tubes, laying a foundation for the development of CT tubes with even higher performance.
