When the experimental time of the upper and lower temperature test chamber is too long, it may cause phenomena such as water shortage alarm, overpressure alarm and overload alarm of the equipment. These problems are not equipment malfunctions and can all be handled through relevant manual operations such as reset. However, during the application of the upper and lower temperature test chamber, water droplets may also fall from the substitute wet bulb tube above the working chamber, which has a significant impact on the experiment.
Processing method
When you open the door of the upper and lower temperature test chamber, you will see above it: over-temperature protector, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, substitute bulb and wet bulb tube. The humidity gauze is suspended on the humidity sensor, and its bottom is directly immersed in the wet bulb tube. If there is a phenomenon of water dripping down, you can open the chamber door to observe it.
① Check the waterway of the upper and lower temperature test chambers. It is necessary to see if the water inlet valve is opened too wide, which may cause insufficient water volume. If so, you can directly close the water valve.
② Can the frequency of water replenishment for the upper and lower temperature test chambers be set too high to prevent excessive water replenishment? If so, the water replenishment distance and time can be increased to reduce the frequency.
③ Check whether the laboratory floor of the upper and lower temperature test chamber is level. The Angle of its tilt will cause the water in the wet bulb tube to be uneven, causing water to drip down. At this time, just move the equipment to a level floor.
④ Check whether the water level box of the waterway in the upper and lower temperature test chamber is too high to prevent too much water from entering. In this case, the water level box needs to be adjusted. Regarding this situation, it is recommended to communicate professionally with the professional technical engineer of the manufacturer when adjusting the water level box to avoid damage to the substitute ball tube of the equipment.
