Tube sales talk about CT maintenance common fault maintenance methods
- 2020-10-10-

The faults found in tube sales and CT maintenance are mainly divided into two categories: one is the fault caused by misoperation, and this kind of situation is the most common. It is a real hardware fault. When the hardware is damaged, there are many fault reports. According to the situation analysis, find the location.

First, the faults of the CT machine caused by misoperation:

CT fault phenomenon 1: The CT machine cannot work, the scanning frame does not rotate, and the fault remains the same after turning on and off the machine several times.

According to the indicator light on the scanning frame, the CT machine was shut down in an emergency, and it was found that the false fault was caused by inadvertently pressing the emergency switch at the bedside. Press the emergency stop switch at the bedside and press the reset button on the console keyboard The CT machine resumes normal operation.

Fault analysis: The emergency stop switch at the bedside is easy to be misoperated. When the CT machine does not work, you should first check whether there is an emergency stop switch pressed.

CT fault phenomenon 2: The CT machine cannot take pictures, press PRINT in the FILM COMPOSER window to report an error, and it is found that the DICOM display at the top of the FILM COMPOSER window has changed to LASER CAMERA and clicked LASER CAMERA. This line of words found that LASTERCAMERA or DICOM can be selected, and DICOM is still selected. Can not take pictures, as long as SHUT DOWN APPLICATION resets the CAMERA parameter in RECONFIG, after restarting, delete the sorted pictures in NETWORK and FILMING in the QUEUE menu in BROWSER, so far the CT camera takes pictures normally.

Fault analysis: The reason may be that the doctor can easily click on DICOM with the mouse and change it to LASTER CAMERA during the photo operation. Even if it is changed to DICOM again, the DICOM parameters will be lost. This is a bug in the program, but this bug is in the program. It can be fully processed after upgrading to 6.0.

CT fault phenomenon 3: The scanned image is very poor.

At first, I suspected that it might be the tube problem. I prepared to do the correction first, but according to the observation, the CT image was only poor when doing a protocol scan of the head. After checking the parameter settings, it was found that the protocol used BONT reconstruction instead of STAND plus. When scanning after correction, the CT image returned to normal.

Fault analysis: It may be that the operator has changed this parameter by mistake.

2, tube sales CT machine hardware failure:

CT machine fault 1: RAWDATA hard disk is damaged.

The phenomenon of tube sales failure: CT machine boot system self-check reports HINV and NPR error, after reinstalling the system, it is normal, but the same failure phenomenon occurs a month later, sometimes it also reports RAWDATA DISK error and the failure occurs more and more frequently, Always reinstall the system to deal with the problem.

Fault analysis and maintenance: I suspected that the NPR part had poor contact or soft parts, so I replaced the 5 NPR circuit boards with the same type of CT machine and tried it, but no circuit board was found to have obvious faults. Just reinstall it. Reply, carefully analyze the fault phenomenon, always reinstall the system to deal with the problem, whether there is a problem with the software, or the hard disk may have bad sectors, but there is no way to tell. Later, I found that sometimes reinstalling the system can't handle it, so I have to format the hard disk and then Just reinstall it. According to the boot, sometimes the RAWDATA DISK error is reported, and the RAWDATA hard disk is replaced, and the fault of the CT machine does not appear again.

CT machine fault 2: The SGI motherboard is damaged.

Fault phenomenon: the CT machine is turned on and the screen is black, and the display shows NO SIGNAL for a while, and the OC relay is not heard.

Fault analysis and maintenance: It is obvious that the entire computer does not start up partially. After eliminating the problem of the display, focus on looking for SGI. Due to the high integration of SGI, the entire system only needs a few circuits, the graphics card and the network card are integrated on the motherboard, and the other is a CPU board and 6 memory sticks (similar to ordinary computers), first measure whether the input power supply is normal, and the power supply is normal. Then check whether there is a bad connection between the CPU and the memory, re-plug, and only insert 2 memory sticks, the boot still remains There is no response. The CPU is generally not easy to be damaged. After a few tests of memory replacement, the CT machine is still the same, and the memory should not be damaged. Therefore, I suspected that the SGI motherboard was damaged. I carefully inspected the motherboard with a magnifying glass and found that the memory slot is closest to the motherboard. There seems to be a thin layer of tin mist in the part of the chip, the contact part under the slot and the circuit board, between the hundreds of solder pins. Troubleshooting, but still don't understand why the problem occurs after 2 years of use? It is estimated that other PROSPEED model CT SGI motherboards may have similar problems, again for reference only.

Tube sales CT machine fault 3: OGP board chip is in poor contact.

Fault phenomenon: CT machine boots into the desktop, reports OGP error, cannot WARMUP, cannot scan.

Fault analysis and maintenance: Find the OGP part according to the fault prompt, disassemble the scanning frame and operate it manually on the TGP board, check the indicator light, and find no abnormality; disassemble the OGP board, and measure that the input power of the OGP board is normal; press the chip on the OGP board, Plug in the cable, turn it on again, and the CT machine returns to normal. It is estimated that the cause of the fault is the poor contact of the CPU chip on the OGP.

CT machine fault 4: uniform magnifying board fault.

Fault phenomenon: CT machine boots into the desktop, reports SERV AMP error, the scanning frame does not rotate, sometimes it can be used for patients, but it stops halfway through scanning.

Fault analysis and CT maintenance: disassemble the scanner frame according to the fault phenomenon, disassemble the uniform to enlarge the part, and find that there is mouse urine on the circuit board, remove the circuit board, carefully clean it with alcohol, and then dry it with a hair dryer. Turn on the machine and resume normal operation.
